Vegan Protein Balls

Ingredients: 

3 Bananas
3/4  - 1 cup oats
2 scoops Protein Powder
3 Tbsp Super Booster (optional)
1 Tbsp nut butter 
Pinch baking soda
1 Tbsp cacao nibs (optional)

Prep:
Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork and then add all ingredients.  Mix well until it forms a doughy texture. Use more protein powder and/or oats if mixture is too sloppy.  Spoon out and either roll into balls or flatten into cookies.  

Place into 170C oven for approx 20min or until golden. Allow to cool on a cooling rack and store in fridge in airtight container ready to eat. 

The above mixture should make approx 10 - 12 balls or cookies depending on the size you make.
