Nothing stated or posted on this site or available through any of my services is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medical, professional or counselling care.
For purposes of this agreement, the practice of medicine and counselling includes, without limitation, psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, or providing health or nutrition care, treatment, instructions, diagnosis, prognosis or advice.

Wendybroekx.com.au offers free postage for orders Australia wide using Australia Post or a Courier service. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If you do not received your tracking number, and wish to track your order, please contact me via email through the contact me page.
Orders within South Australia should be received within 24-48 hours and National/Regional areas between 2-5 days. Purchases made after 5pm on Friday, over the weekend or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by COVID-19, Australia Post, Courier or payment authorisation.
Please allow 7-21 working days to receive your parcel once it has been shipped and you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Purchases made after 5pm on Friday, over the weekend or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note, I cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. I am also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You can return or an exchange for damaged or faulty items purchased online within 14 days from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase will be required.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described please follow see below:
Send me an image of the damaged/faulty goods to email@example.com along with your order number. I will then email you to find the best solution.
If a refund is needed, this will be done by the same credit card used to purchase the goods. An email notification will then be sent as soon as the return has been processed.
Please note that any refund or exchange excludes digital downloads and expired product.
I am happy to offer you an exchange for unused items purchased online within 14 days from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase will be required. Any item for exchange must be unopened and unused. A change of mind or error on the your behalf may be exchanged, however some or all postage will not be refunded.

Cancelling Orders and Returns:
If you wish to cancel your online order please contact me within 6 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been despatched, I cannot cancel your order.
My returns policy can be changed without notice.
